About Resolution of Decoder Device
Succeeded IDirectXVideoDecoderService::CreateVideoDecoder with 3840x2160 => "720x480 / 1280x720 / 1920x1080 / 3840x2160"
…
Succeeded IDirectXVideoDecoderService::CreateVideoDecoder with 720x480 => "720x480"
This result does not guarantee whether the decoder device works normally (in especially 4k2k resolution).
Because IDirectXVideoDecoderService::CreateVideoDecoder might return S_OK even if resolution exceed the capability of hardware.
How it behaves depends on display driver.
Original alternative names of Decoder Devices
For AMD/ATI GPU
ModeXXXX_XXX_Avivo
ModeH264_VLD_NoFGT_Flash (used in the Adobe Flash Player)
For NVIDIA GPU
ModeXXXX_XXX_PureVideo
For Intel GPU
ModeXXXX_XXX_ClearVideo

Caution
When you are using NVIDIA GeForce 6000/7000 series on Windows XP, BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) may occur. In this case, please start after specifying "/r" as a command line option.
